At the time Lavanda Café was a brand new business opening in the summer of 2023.​

This plan was created to increase visits and purchases from existing customers by generating as much publicity as possible.

My main strategy focused on taking advantage of the patio space, which is two times the size of the inside, by hosting events on it.
